Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emmyteddy Designs. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
